Whistleblower system: Compliance with legal requirements is a top priority for us. We take our responsibility seriously to prevent or appropriately address any violations of applicable law affecting diondo GmbH. For this purpose, we use a whistleblower system that allows our employees, customers, service providers and other partners to report violations via a secure online platform. Reports are thoroughly reviewed and handled accordingly. We ensure the greatest possible protection and confidentiality for whistleblowers who act in good faith. Reports can also be submitted anonymously. The presumption of innocence applies to all affected persons until a violation has been proven.
