Refund Policy

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all services purchased through diOptiScan (operated by Diondo GmbH).

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Services

Our services are exclusively offered to business customers (B2B). Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B transactions under German law (§ 312g BGB).

3. Refunds

As our services are individually tailored to each project, refunds are generally not available once an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • We are unable to deliver the requested service
  • Technical errors in payment processing (e.g., duplicate charges)

4. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

Cancellation is possible as long as the service delivery has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately in such cases.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our payment service provider Paddle.com. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
